The Director General of Delta State Traffic Management Authority DESTMA, Hon. Dr. Benjamin Essien Okiemute NN RTD (FNIIS), has said Governor Sherrif Oborevwori is making DESTMA more effective and efficient.
Okiemute disclosed this on Thursday in Asaba, shortly after a meeting with senior staff and top officials of the agency.
The Director General commended Governor Oborevwori for being committed to making DESTMA become the best traffic agency in Nigeria.
He also thanked the staff of DESTMA and urged the personnel to be good ambassadors in discharging official duties.
Okiemute further appealed to Deltans and motorists to always comply with traffic and safety rules in order to protect lives and properties.
