The Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, KSC, led a high-powered delegation on a condolence visit to the Ibru family over the passing of their beloved son, Olorogun. Oskar Ibru.
The delegation include the Area Commander, Nigeria Police Force, Ughelli Area Command. ACP Aliyu Shaba, political associates, aides, and other dignitaries. The visit was aimed at commiserating with the Ibru family and offering words of comfort during this period of mourning.
Speaking on behalf of the council and the good people of Ughelli North, Barr.Jaro Egbo described the late Oskar Ibru as a distinguished businessman, philanthropist, a member of the Ughellli North advisory committee and a pillar in the Ibru dynasty whose contributions to society will not be forgotten in a hurry.
He prayed for the peaceful repose of Oskar Ibru’s soul and for God’s strength upon the family to bear the irreplaceable loss.
The high point of the visit was the signing of the condolence register by the chairman, who wrote heartfelt words in honour of the deceased.
The Ibru family appreciated the chairman and his entourage for their show of solidarity and support during this difficult time of grief.
