• Says effective security is foundation for progress
The Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission ( DESOPADEC), Chief Oghenekome Reginald Okpobor has commended High Chief (Dr.) Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo for graciously donating Ten Billion Naira ( 10,000,000,000) to the Delta State Security Trust Fund.
Okpobor, in a statement posted on his Facebook handle, stressed that effective security was the foundation for progress in any society.
He said, “ Attending the formal launch and fundraising ceremony for the Delta State Security Trust Fund was a profound reminder that security is the foundation of progress”
Okpobor continued, “ As the Executive Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, rightly emphasized, this initiative marks a bold step toward a safer and more prosperous Delta through strong public-private collaboration”
“ I was particularly inspired by the mind-blowing donation of ₦10 billion by High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, Chairman of Tantita Security Services, in support of His Excellency’s enhanced peace and security agenda”
“ Such gestures demonstrate true patriotism and commitment to the collective well-being of our state”
“ I fully align with the Governor’s vision because a secure Delta is the only Delta that can attract investors, empower our people, and sustain meaningful development”
This historic donation by Tompolo will complement the efforts of the Delta State Government to providing security across the State.
