Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, KSC, alongside the Delta State Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Hon. Samuel Oligida, on Tuesday, inspected the proposed site for the Agbarho Modern Market project.
The site visit follows the approval of the market project by the Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
During the inspection, Olorogun Egbo noted that the project gained traction after Hon. Stella Okotete brought the proposed site to the attention of the governor.
He described the inspection as a critical step in the preliminary assessment and planning phase of the market’s development.
Egbo expressed deep gratitude to Governor Oborevwori for his unwavering commitment to grassroots development and assured the people of Agbarho and the entire Ughelli North of the administration’s dedication to delivering the project.
Also, the Commissioner for Trade and Investment, Oligida, reiterated the governor’s commitment to fulfilling his promises.
He stated that the Agbarho Modern Market would soon become a reality and emphasized its potential to boost local commerce and transform the region’s economic landscape.
