The Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Julius Takeme (JP) has advised the newly sworn-in Executive members of Ogulagha Community to be transparent and honest in handling the affairs of the community.
Takeme made the comment at the swearing-in of the new executives on 4th April, 2025.
He congratulated them, adding that their performance and diligent service to the Community would put their names on the sand of time in the history of the great and oil-rich community.
Takeme emphasized that the new Chairman, Mr. Bright Guwor has the capacity and capability to move the Community to the next level having been a close ally over the years.
The Council Chairman promised to collaborate with Guwor and his executive to bring more infrastructural development to Ogulagha community.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by several prominent political leaders, traditional leaders, chiefs, community chairmen from neighbouring communities and a host of others.
