Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Julius Takeme (JP) joined other prominent leaders of Delta State, to attend the service of song for the late Mama Pinapina Otuaro.
She is the mother of immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Barr. (DCN) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro.
The ceremony was held on Wednesday, 5th March, 2025, at Christ Embassy Church, Musheshe Estate, Airport Road, Warri.
Takeme described the late Mama Pinapina Otuaro as a good wife and mother who was a source of inspiration to many.
The council boss also prayed that the soul of the departed Mama continue to rest in perfect peace.
The service of song was well attended by dignitaries across Delta State and Nigeria at large.
