The Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Hon. Chief (Dr) Julius Takeme (JP), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to First Lady of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, on the occasion of her birth anniversary.
In a birthday congratulatory statement obtained on Wednesday in Warri, Delta State, Takeme, described Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori as a proactive and active first lady whose contributions towards the development of Delta State cannot be overemphasized.
The Council Chairman commended the First Lady for her unwavering commitment and her dedication to the services of Deltans.
