The Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Area, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Julius Takeme (JP) , has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on his 66th year’s birthday celebration.
In a birthday congratulatory message, Dr. Takeme commended Senator Okowa’s visionary leadership and exceptional contributions to governance, development, and public service across Delta State and Nigeria.
Takeme described the former Governor as a true role model in leadership; a great bridge builder, adding that he is a blessing to humanity.
