Asupa, as former Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, House of Assembly member and Commissioner, he has consistently demonstrated love and support to humanity.
The Ijaw politician and businessman, Asupa has shown that leadership, holding public office or being close to power is not about self, but using that opportunity to support people and facilitate infrastructural development where necessary.
Asupa, foundry called “ Political Motorsaw”, recently, secured the commitment and approval of the Delta State Government led by His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for awarding the construction of roads projects in his immediate community.
The landmark road projects, known as Egodor-Ogbeingbene road, will open up the communities and make life better for the residents and indigenes.
As at the time of this report, the Contractor handling the project is delivering and the construction going on smoothly to the admiration of the people.
The Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori since assumption in office, is focusing on developing riverine communities and taking dividends of democracy to the people.
Also, Asupa Forteta made a good example of leadership by influencing the road project to the two communities.
It was gathered that Hon. Asupa Forteta has influenced roads projects to other communities in Burutu Local Government Area.
