Giving people handouts and equipment that do not match their skills or funds that make them come depending on you again are no empowerment.
Empowering people is about more than just providing temporary solutions. You have helped him before is not really as important as how you helped him.
True empowerment is about giving them the tools, resources, recommendations and support they need to thrive and become self-sufficient.
When we empower individuals in a meaningful way, we enable them to build sustainable futures for themselves and those around them.
Temporary handouts may provide immediate relief, but they can create a cycle of dependency. By always relying on external aid or handouts, individuals will struggle to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed on their own.
True empowerment involves equipping people with what they need to empower themselves in terms of education, training, scholarship, access to resources, grants, opportunities, mentorship support, and kills development.
True empowerment can help individuals become established enough to empower others and create a positive impact in their communities.
When people are empowered in a sustainable way, they can break the cycle of dependency and build a brighter future for themselves and those around them.
Empowerment is not just about giving; it is about investing in the potential of others and helping them unlock their own power.
