Former member of Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Benjamin Essien Okiemute, NN RTD.(FNIIS), has commended leaders and members of Peoples Democratic Party PDP, in Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State.
Okiemute, a retired Naval personnel, gave the commendation on Sunday when he was officially received by PDP Irri Ward 11, at Idheze, hometown of PDP leader, Chief Roos Uredi.
He said, “ I am happy today, reuniting with my PDP family in Irri Ward 11, which is my ward in Isoko South. I returned to PDP to contribute to the growth and unity of the party in Isoko Nation”
According to him, “ The reunion meeting was wonderful and fantastic and I am thankful to all PDP leaders, members and supporters in Irri Ward 11. Together, we are going reposition the party ahead of next election”
The former Deputy Chief Whip and Chairman, House Committee on Security and Strategy, further noted that PDP in Delta State was stronger and united under the leadership of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
Okiemute also commended Governor Oborevwori for executing meaningful and impactful projects across the State, adding that Deltans were happy with the good work being done by the Governor.
