The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Zone F, led by Comrade Opaka Dokubo & John Angese (ZVP & Secretary) has presented a medal to the Honourable Commissioner for Information, Orientation and Strategy, Bayelsa State, Mrs. Ebiuowou Koku Obiyai in recognition of her contributions and support to the Media and Journalists in the State.
The Honourable Commissioner received the medal with deep appreciation to the NUJ South-South Zonal leadership and assured of more collaborative support towards promoting and selling the Bayelsa brand.
Hon. Koku-Obiyai who received the medal with deep appreciation and honour, assured South-South Zone F leadership of more cordial relationships and support towards the state.
Earlier, the leadership of the NUJ Zone F led by Comrade Opaka Dokubo and John Angese (ZVP & Secretary), noted that the visit was to present a Medal of Honour to the Honourable Commissione in recognition for her contributions and support to the development of the Media and Journalists in the State.
However, the presentation was done on behalf of the Zonal leadership by the Bayelsa State Council Chairman, Comrade Tonye Yemoleigha.
