The Training Doctrine Command (TRADOC), of the Nigerian Army and other relevant security vows to partner in safeguarding and ensuring the security of lives and properties in Niger State.
The Commander, Training and Doctrine command (TRADOC) in Niger State, General K.O Aligbe made this known when he received the Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Niger State Command, Mr. M.S Ya’u, during a courtesy visit to the TRADOC headquarters in Minna. Monday.
General Aligbe stressed the importance of synergy with other sister security agencies in safeguarding the people assuring his command readiness to partner with the Niger state command of the Nigeria Immigration Service.
According to him, the importance of collective partnership with the Niger State command of the Nigeria Immigration Service cannot be overstressed inview of their responsibility in the monitoring and checkmating the influx of immigrants within the border communities in the state.
Acknowledging the important role of the service in curtailing insecurity bedeviling the country, noted that the Command will continue to extend the hands of comradeship to the Niger state command of the state at all times.
The TRADOC commander promised to extend the invitation of any events within the command to further cement the already established partnership between the NIS in Niger state.
While assuring the visiting Comptroller of the service of sustaining the relationship, General Aligbe appreciated the state Comptroller for the visit and Tradoc under his leadership will continue to partner with the NIS towards actualizing the collective responsibility of ensuring the security of the state.
Speaking earlier, the Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Niger State Command Mallam MS Ya’u told the his host that himself and his team were in the TRADOC headquarters to formally familiarize with the command towards ensuring a good working relationship with the headquarters of TRADOC.
He assured the TRADOC commander of his command readiness to facilitate the procurement of all traveling documents and facilities issued by the command at their beckons
