Governor Abdullahi Sule has donated N700m to pilgrims for their Islamic Hadaya.
This was disclosed on Monday in lafia, by Senior Special Assistant on Media, Mallam Ali Abari.
Abari said, ” Governor Abdullahi Sule has continued to demonstrate impeccable leadership and compassion after he personally donated two hundred dollars for the Islamic Hadaya and two hundred Saudi Riyals as Sallah gift to each of the 1760 pilgrims from Nasarawa State presently on pilgrimage”
“Abdulrazaq Abacha Madaki, Public Relations Officer, Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, confirmed this in a message on Monday”
It would be recalled that during his farewell message to the then intending pilgrims, Governor Sule hinted that the pilgrims will encounter some personal intervention when they arrived the holy land.
