The Emir of Zuru His Royal Highness Alhaji Muhammad Sani Sami Gomo II , has described Governor of Kebbi State, Dr. Nasir Idris Kwauran Gwandu, as a focused leader that is committed to solving the problems in the State .
He said Governor Idris’s plans were achieving optimum results.
The emir, made the assertion when he received Commissioner for Information and culture Alhaji Yakubu Ahmed Birnin Kebbi in his palace recently.
According to him, the state has never had a governor who confronted the developmental challenges and addressed them successfully like DR. Nasir Idris.
“We are lucky to have a person who has passion to work and who is sympathetic to the plight of people, he believes in confronting the challenges head on, and look at what he has achieved in one year, which many could not achieve in eight years”. Sami added.
He called on governor Nasir not to be distracted by the detractors, just as he was on the course to take Kebbi state to the promised Land, and assured the total support of the state traditional institution to governor Nasir Idris’ s administration.
