An Ijaw deity monarch, His Royal Majesty, Dr. Amb. Godday Smith, the Agadagba lll, the Bounanawei ( King of the forest) has congratulated Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, on his birthday.
Smith in a statement on Monday in Warri, Delta State, said Otuaro’s birthday was worth celebrating considering his impactful contribution to Ijaw Nation and Niger Delta region.
He pointed that the Presidential Amnesty Programme under the leadership of Otuaro was making significant progress.
Adding that, “ In Ijaw Nation, we are proud of Chief Dennis Otuaro. I celebrate him on his birthday and wishing him all the best”
