The Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Barr. Jaro Movudu Egbo, KSC, has extended warm congratulations to the Honourable Commissioner on the Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), representing Ughelli North, Ethiope East, and Urhobo communities in Patani Local Government Area, Hon. Sylvester Oniemo Ovbije, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message released through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Efe Ekete, today January 6, 2026, Barr. Egbo praised Hon. Ovbije as “a man of integrity, dedication, and selfless service whose contributions have positively impacted many lives.”
He highlighted Ovbije’s unwavering commitment to the welfare and development of oil-producing communities, stating that the celebrant “has continued to demonstrate strong advocacy and people-oriented service” in his mandate areas on the DESOPADEC Board.
Egbo further commended the commissioner’s leadership qualities, humility, and passion for grassroots development, noting that these attributes “have earned him widespread respect among colleagues and constituents across Delta State.”
