Egbo, Emomotimi Lays Foundation Of Ultra-Modern Secretariat In Ughelli North

The Executive Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun (Barr.) Jaro Movudu Egbo, and Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Guwor Emomotimi Dennis, on Monday performed ground breaking for an Ultra-Modern Secretariat Complex in Ughelli North Local Government Area.

The Ultra Modern Secretariat complex, when it is completed will enhance service delivery in the council area.

The Speaker, Rt. Hon. Guwor Emomotimi Dennis, who was the special guest of honor, was ably represented by his Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon Olorogun (Barr.) Arthur Akpowowo.

Emomotimi commended Egbo for his vision and unflinching commitment to delivering quality services to the people.

He noted that the new secretariat would not only enhance the council’s operations but also provide a platform for an effective governance.

Adding that the ultra-modern secretariat is expected to serve as a hub for administrative excellence, maintaining that, the project’s completion will have a positive impact on the local community, providing improved services and infrastructure.

On his part, Olorogun Jaro Egbo Ksc, expressed his profound gratitude to Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sherriff Oborevwori, PhD, for the privileged to serve under his impactful led administration in the state.

Egbo reiterates his commitments to reinforcing the MORE Agenda policy in Ughelli North LGA.

He assured that the council would continue to work tirelessly to deliver on its mandate and improve the lives of the people.

According to him, the ultra-modern brand new secretariat complex is expected to be completed within the stipulated timeframe to provide a modern and efficient working environment for council staff.

The ground breaking ceremony was well attended by various Traditional rulers, dignitaries, cross-section of stakeholders, party leaders, community leaders, women, youths and host of others.
