The Executive Director, Finance and Administration of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Chief Oghenekome Reginald Okpobor has congratulated Hon. (Chief) Solomon Ighrakpata, on his birthday anniversary.
Hon. (Chief) Solomon Ighrakpata, is the Executive Chairman, Delta State Board of Internal Revenue ( DSBIR).
