The Delta state taskforce on environment has issued one week ultimatum to residents, government offices, hotels and other business owners in the state to keep their surroundings clean or face penalty.
Chairman Taskforce on environment governor’s office, Chief Godspower Asiuwhu JP, reaffirm this today, why briefing newsmen in his office in Asaba.
He stated that the attention of the state government has been drawn to the unwholesome practices, where some Deltans and residents in the state, particular business organizations and passers- by dispose off refuse indiscriminately along the state capital territory and it’s environs.
