A former member of Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Benjamin Essien Okiemute, NN RTD.(FNIIS), has commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for the peaceful and successful Peoples Democratic Party PDP Local Government Congress.
Okiemute, former Deputy Chief Whip and Chairman, House Committee on Security and Strategy, also congratulated the newly elected Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Executives for Isoko South Local Government, Delta State.
Mr. Victor Ekelege, was elected Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Isoko South Local Government Area, alongside with other executive members at the party congress held successfully on August 10, 2024.
The newly elected executive members are Vice Chairman-Chris Olomu; Secretary-Idume Stephen Kofi; Assistant Secretary-Abighe Kelvin; Treasurer-Bright Evroro; Organising Secretary-Obrogo Johnson; Publicity Secretary-Ages Godspower O; Assistant Publicity Secretary-Egware Ajiri.
Others are Auditor-Jonathan Onokame; Legal Adviser-Usuemerai Solomon; Financial Secretary- Onyeke Ovie; Woman Leader-Enifome Ethe Juliet; Youth Leader: Egede Reuben; Ex-officio members: London Kenneth, Mercy Okunwa, Egbo Joyce, Okpokri Israel and Samuel Esalomi.
Okiemute, a chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party in Isoko South in a congratulatory message on Monday in Warri, thanked the party leaders and members for the opportunity given to the elected Local Government Executives to contribute to the growth and progress of PDP in the local government.
The Chairman of Okiemute Foundation also appreciated the entire PDP members in Irri Ward 10 and 11 in Isoko South Local Government for their unrelenting dedication and commitment to the party.
