The people and residents of Burutu Community are excited and celebrating the reconstruction of road work being done by Hon. Chief (Dr) Julius Takeme (JP), Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Delta State.
They sincerely expressed their joy and relief on the reconstruction work which commenced two weeks ago.
According to them, it is a welcome development to the community, and commended the Chairman for the good work.
Speaking to newsmen on the project, Engr. Shedrack Akporebo, Secretary General Oborotu Community, who recently decamped to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from the All Progressive Congress (APC), commended the Council Chairman for the wonderful road project and achievements made so far in office.
His words: “I sincerely thank and appreciate the Council Chairman for what he has done for the Headquarters of the Local Government Council”
The Council Chairman, Takeme who assumed office three months ago, had reassured the people of Burutu Local Government Council Area that his administration would remain committed to fulfilling all the campaign promises.
