The people of Ughelli Kingdom, today celebrates their illustrious leader, Chief (Barr.) Andrew Oru, for attaining 65 years and also acknowledged his immense contributions to humanity and societal development.
Also, the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated Chief (Barr.) Andrew Oru, a distinguished Lagos-based lawyer, businessman and politician from Ughelli Kingdom, on the occasion of his 65th birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued in Asaba on Monday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor extolled Chief Oru’s remarkable achievements as a legal practitioner, businessman, public servant, and philanthropist, describing him as “a shining example of dedication, integrity, and service to humanity.”
Governor Oborevwori noted that Chief Oru’s contributions to national development, particularly in the legal profession and private sector, have left enduring marks of excellence and leadership.
He also commended him for his unwavering commitment to education, youth empowerment, and community development.
“We celebrate your accomplishments and wish you many more years in sound health, happiness, and continued service to God and humanity,” Oborevwori added.
