Prominent business guru, Capt Letthemsay Braboke Inaibagha, Managing Director, Vettal Mega Services Limited, has appealed to Executive Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to construct a road from Burutu Community to Ogulagha Community both in Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State.
Inaibagha made the appeal when he played host to the Executive Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council, Hon. Chief (Dr) Julius Takeme (JP) at his country home, Ogulagha Community on Thursday, 10th October, 2024.
He said, “ I am set to partner with Local Government Council on infrastructure and human capital development programmes.”
“Ogulagha is a strategic economic community as far as the economic mainstay of Nigeria is concerned. I am seizing this opportunity, therefore, to humbly appeal to the State Government as a matter of priority for the connection of Ogulagha, (the Forcados Terminal) to Burutu the Headquarters of Burutu Local Government Area by road. This, will no doubt, bring about great transformations in the area.”
The Ogulagha born businessman lauded Takeme on the ongoing infrastructural development projects at the Local Government headquarters.
He said, “I am very optimistic that you, Hon. Julius Takeme will perform beyond the people’s expectations. Being a reliable progress- loving personality that you are”
In his response, Takeme sincerely thanked and appreciated Captain Braboke and other dignitaries for their kind gestures and promised that he would not disappoint them.
Takeme assured that Braboke’s plea for road construction from Burutu to Ogulagha will be communicated to Governor Oborevwori.
“ I will accept the partnership and collaboration offered by Braboke Mike Lele, because my administration was deeply inclined to partner with international and local investors and sincere contractors in Burutu Local Government Area”

Others were Captain Alex Welemu, Chief Papa Tango, Amb. Chief, Apst. (Dr) Godspower Tomone, Captain Amos Seimode, Chief Samuel Timiyan and Mr. Arthur Prebor.
