• Pledges loyalty, commitment to stand by Otuaro
An Ex-agitators Leader in Bayelsa State, Prophet Gilbert Isobo has completely distanced himself from a publication made against the Administrator of Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro.
In a statement sent to THE PALACE Newspaper on Saturday, he said, “ There was a publication written on the 16th of December, 2025 by some factions of the first phase generals accusing the amnesty boss Dr. Dennis otuaro of marginalization of first phase leaders in the presidential amnesty programme”
According to him, “ My name was included on the publication without my consent and should be regarded as perceived enemies who are desperately looking to score a point by falsehood publications”
He distanced himself from the publication, adding that he is not part of the publication and will never be part to any kind of such publications in Dr. Dennis Otuaro administration.
“ These are the handwork of mischief makers who doesn’t mean well for the programme. Dr. Dennis Otuaro is a very resourceful and proactive man, whom God has sent to give light to the programme and the impact is very massive and unprecedented in the history of the presidential amnesty programme”
Isobo reassured his loyalty and total commitment to stand by Otuaro and work for the betterment of the people of the Niger Delta region.
“ The general public should therefore disregard the publication earlier”
